Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Time
All orders require processing, handling, and fulfillment before shipment. Estimated shipping time is 5–15 business days from the date the order is placed.
This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Extended Shipping Timeframes
Due to the nature of global fulfillment and third-party suppliers, shipping times may be extended up to a maximum of 30 business days under circumstances including, but not limited to:
-
Supplier or manufacturer delays
-
Customs inspections or clearance delays
-
Carrier disruptions or logistical backlogs
-
Weather conditions or natural events
-
High order volume or peak seasons
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these potential delays.
Maximum Shipping Time
Orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered. Orders will not be considered late unless they exceed this maximum timeframe.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once available. Some orders may experience delayed tracking updates, limited tracking visibility, or partial tracking depending on the carrier and destination.
Lack of tracking updates does not indicate a lost or undelivered order.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
-
Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
-
Delays caused by address errors
-
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Orders shipped to the address provided are considered successfully fulfilled.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Orders are not eligible for refunds due to shipping delays within the 30 business day window.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, resolution will be handled at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Returned packages due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in delayed resolution or denial.
